The 29th annual Center for Big Bend Studies conference is right around the corner on November 10-11, 2023. We have a fantastic conference planned with over 30 presenters, including talks from Sul Ross students, faculty, historians, archaeologists, and other researchers. Online registration is available. Presentations and a silent auction will take place all day Friday and Saturday. We will have a reception on Friday evening at the Emmett and Miriam McCoy Cultural Events Center, the beautiful new wing of the Museum of the Big Bend, followed by our banquet and keynote speaker, Dr. Matthew R. Bennett. We look forward to seeing you there!
