We are ecstatic that Sul Ross State University will be honoring our long time advocated and supporter John “Jeff” F. Fort III with an honorary doctorate this Friday. Jeff has opened his ranches up to archaeological research for decades. He has surveyed every inch of his ranch, whether it was on foot or horse back, and located and recorded almost all of the over one thousand archaeological sites.
