History of Pinto Canyon Ranch


CBBS historian and Archaeologist David Keller is conducting historical research and writing a book on Pinto Canyon and surrounding areas including Ruidosa, Chinati Hot Springs, Candelaria, as well as conducting archeological investigations on historic sites on Pinto Canyon ranch–from remote mining camps to abandoned adobe villages. A draft manuscript is expected in 2013.
